Mini-piling

A practical solution in areas with restricted access, such as low headroom or close proximity to other buildings, mini-piles are drilled and filled with reinforced concrete as compression members or ground cantilevers to improve ground stability.

 

Contiguous piles

Another restricted access solution very effective in areas with unstable geology or ground water; contiguous piles retain existing ground enabling excavation and reduced level dig to take place immediately in front of the wall after a short curing period.
