Our specialist team set to work on a five month project to remediate, improve and extend the existing landscaped gardens, driveway, parking areas and stream works for a private client in backwaters of Maidstone.
Works included all drainage, ducting, paved areas, landscaping and external works associated with the design and construction of a number of new feature masonry gravity, reinforced and tie back retaining walls and foundations of up to 4m in height at various locations throughout the estate.
The operatives and working foreman, from our pool of directly employed labour force, were specifically selected for this project based on their capability and experience in the construction of masonry walls and parallel groundworks.
We had to be sensitive also to the fact that the work had to be phased to suit ongoing access by other trades, residents and house staff.
